Strategic Resilience
OUR PARTNERS
Strategic Resilience for First Responders (SRFR) was originally developed during the fentanyl crisis in British Columbia as a response
to the overwhelming stress faced by paramedics and other first responders. Since 2017, SRFR has been delivered by the Nova Scotia Community College and adapted over the years through feedback from local police, fire, paramedics, corrections, and emergency communication partners across the province.
